Hello.

After one year of inactivity, and as I'm uncertain when I will get an active payment method again, I have decided to shut down my Patreon page. It had been active since the end of 2020, but its use became more sporadic during the first half of 2023, reaching a full stop sometime by August.

Between the content I exclusively posted on my tiers were sketches, prompt access to my songs, prompt access to chapters of Reckon Crystal, and mature content, with this last one reserved for higher tiers. Since I had no Patrons on higher tiers by 2023, I started posting the mature content I drew on this page.

However, now that I am getting my art to be known to locals where I live and study, I plan to remove that content from everywhere. When I open new monetary support pages, I will notify you when I get enough work posted. I have a lot of work I've done during the past and current years, and I cannot wait to put merchandise themed after it for sale in the corresponding networks except for Redbubble.

Project accomplishments:

• Fugitive Eagleton has begun progress! I did say I was going to take it slow for the rest of the year, but I can assure you I'll begin 2024 retaking the project where I left off! In hopes of finally having ideas for Part 2 Chapter 2. However, I promise to finish the story by the end of 2024 -or at the very least, Early 2025.
• CRiTORA: Abnormal not only has been rebooted, but it has also been completed! With a more lighthearted and comedic story, Daydreaming Birdie and I have given this years-old idea a definitive shape. It has done amazing in his Wattpad, so be sure to read it there, in Quotev, and DeviantArt!
• Reckon Crystal 2 was officially announced! I know I haven't started polishing Reckon Crystal's story -as I have yet to have a better story structure and continue polishing my writing, but the next part of Earthstar and Lancerrow's adventure awaits! Final reminder its Prologue and Part 1 will launch on January 5th.

Personal goals:

• Thanks to my painting classes and Sacktoon, I have uncovered the full extent of my skills: Before then, I hardly did traditional art as I barely knew how each type of paint was used. I've learned, not only how they work, but I've put them into action! Sure, watercolors are less slow and easier to manage as I have brushes with water cartridges, but knowing acrylic and oil helps! (I just haven't painted much with oil because the weather hasn't been great)
• I've traveled to Italy! This was a huge step in my horizons, not only because it was a different country, but because it was a different continent! I don't think I'll ever share pictures of my stay aside from the drawings I've made over there -but painted when I got home, but I can assure you it was a blast.
• I've made my first Kickstarter contribution! Why is this important? Because it marks the first instance in which I monetarily support a person -or a group of people- I follow. As soon as I open a new bank account, I'll continue -even if sporadically and in smaller payments- giving support to other things I follow.

What's next for 2024?

• 2024 cover artwork theme: Digital.
• I will try composing more original songs: the repertoires of 2022 and 2023 have been mostly remixes. I might like doing them, but they're not what will represent me should I catch a studio's attention. That doesn't mean I won't compose any remixes in 2024, but I'll do my best to keep them to a minimum.
• Efforts to improve accessibility across my sites will continue development, but I still must warm up slightly.
• Who knows what else may I have in store...

Apologies for the inactivity nowadays; I haven't been drawing -more so, coloring- much and I've been busy with my projects, but I'll be sure to continue providing you with artwork, and that shall be one of my purposes for 2024! (Who knows, I might even add variety to what I draw...)

I figured I could begin using this News Post function to talk about projects I've made and projects I'm working on (I'm hardly active here anyway, but it's because I haven't been drawing much nowadays).

CRiTORA: Abnormal

Basic information

CRiTORA: Abnormal is an American-Mexican novel created by me and Daydreaming Birdie.

The story is about three CRiTORA (Kepler Solarowl, Isaac X-Beetle, and Caroline Cakepod) who had different lives and never met each other. However, the Infestation Invasion happens, and they, along with other CRiTORA, end up at a mysterious, yet dangerous place known as the Abnormal District. Can they make it out alive before it crumbles along with them?

The story includes the following:

• Cartoon violence
• Comic mischief
• Mild language

Background

The project was prototyped in 2021, and it was originally about Osmehel Solsym, a (now retired) CRiTORA that mysteriously ended up in the Abnormal District and discovered its abysmal, yet harmless residents, befriending them and learning about the story of that wretched place along the way.

In Late 2021, however, it was decided that they wouldn't be the only CRiTORA to end up there -Darrell Halostorm and Ingrid Sprinkandle (also retired), along with other CRiTORA, would end up there, too. Osmehel, Darrell, and Ingrid had to forge an unlikely team to make it out of the Abnormal District while watching out for [ERROR SCRAMBLED NAME] (now Yolky).

The project was publicly revealed in March 2022, and its development was going well... until I and Daydreaming Birdie had a fallout in December of that year. During our time separated, we realized the original plot for CRiTORA: Abnormal was too dark, as it involved survivors getting deleted with no chance of experiencing the surface (CRiTOPiA) ever again.

But as I repurposed Osmehel, Darrell (now Derek), and Ingrid, Daydreaming Birdie created other CRiTORA to replace them; that's how Kepler, Isaac, and Caroline were born.

This current and published version of the story is more comedic and light-hearted.

How many chapters are there?

The Prologue and eight chapters are currently available to read, and a few more are left to release. However, Chapter 9 will be crazy, and I hope you have as much fun as we had writing it when it comes out! Read the story's current progress in Quotev.

When are the final chapters coming out?

I can't give a proper release date right now. Be sure to stay tuned about it, though!

What else is being worked on regarding CRiTORA: Abnormal?

• Daydreaming Birdie has been posting infected versions of the characters found in Kepler, Isaac, and Caroline's journey -in fact, he has revealed a few more today!
• An animated adaptation of the series is in the works, though some stuff will be modified to shorten its length and make things easier to manage for Daydreaming Birdie. You can check the animatics of what's to come on his channel! Caroline - Isaac - Kepler.
• A few more surprises will be unveiled as the days go by, so keep an eye out for them.

Hello.

It is with a heavy heart to announce that I have decided to deactivate my Ko-Fi and TeePublic accounts due to reasons related to the lack of monetary management and the lack of support in either platform.

My Patreon page will soon be re-released as a 100% public page. Because of this:

• Tiers will be removed. I know this is not what Patreon is intended for, but without anyone willing to pay to see my content, it's no use to have them up.
• HD art will become public. It will still be uploaded with a watermark across the rest of my sites, though.

What will happen with Fugitive Eagleton?

I have been making plenty of progress with Fugitive Eagleton, but I have not had ideas for Part 2 Chapter 2; thus, it has been on hold for the time being. I have decided that the chapters will become available on Quotev once they're finished, except for the Final Part, which chapters will be published when it's 100% complete and once most aspects of the story get corrected, which I'm currently working on.

This might have been abrupt news at the time, but I deleted my Twitter account last month. Several reasons come for this, including the losing interest in the platform and constant unwanted drama.

It has come to my knowledge that it has been rebranded to 'X', and several posts holding topics such as hate speech, crime, and other topics I can't say much about are roaming around freely, with nothing -not even reports- being able to stop it.

What once was Twitter was already on its downfall because of additions to its rules that NOBODY asked for -including Blue- but this is too far.

This is a reminder that I do not condone any form of hate speech in my spaces.

From the wacky mind of Daydreaming Birdie and the spirited writing of LastyGhost comes CRiTORA: Abnormal, an Adventure novel featuring colorful creatures attempting to escape an underground place.

Additionally, a small reminder that Fugitive Eagleton is also up for reading! As it will take me a while before I finish Part 1, I might upload a few more chapters later today.

Both stories will be developed at the same pace, but CRiTORA: Abnormal might take longer to complete, as it's a collaborative project and I want those specific people to help me produce character design ideas. (Which means, no, I'm not open for suggestions)

To say that I'm happy with today's Direct would be putting it lightly! THIS was quite an exciting Direct! Even for what I'm not really hyping for I got excited!

So...

• We've got gameplay AND date for Pikmin 4! I've been meaning to get into Pikmin since Pikmin 3 Deluxe's launch, but I never seemed to accomplish my own promise... but seriously, who are you? (I'm talking to Pikmin 4's protagonist). Though I shouldn't jump like that with a game that people have been waiting for years, right?
• And for Tears of the Kingdom: Though the map is looking the same. But rovers? Drones? In a ZELDA game? What are they taking from our world? LOL...
• Advance Wars is finally coming...: Not really a game I am hyped for, but I hope the delay is for the best for everyone who has been wishing for it since last year.
• Metroid Prime Remastered! It's not Metroid Prime 4, but I'll take it.
• Game Boy AND Game Boy Advanced in NSO? Switch Online took this long to get better, didn't it...? At least 80 dollars per year is getting increasingly more worth, so that's good, I guess. I only hope they don't come as broken as Nintendo 64 Online titles did!

But oh... the announcements that really got me...

• SAMBA DE AMIGO IS BACK, BABY!! I've been waiting for him to make a scene for years. Since the Switch got its motion controls known, I couldn't help but hope for a Samba de Amigo remake. And oh ghost, it IS a remake! With outfits, online play, and all! I want to know its release date already so I can pre-order it!
• We're returning to ORIGINAL Inkopolis! I have been a Splatoon player since technically the launch of the first game. I can't really call myself a veteran, though. But... going back to where everything started, it really sparks nostalgia within me. Not that I don't like Splatsville! Inkopolis, however, may not be what I was expecting, yet it feels adequate. Regarding the Side Order... Marina...? Do you now see what would have happened if Team Order won the Final Fest?
• Professor Layton, Hershel Layton himself... HE WILL RETURN!! He is as handsome as the day we lost him...
